When you ladies were first diagnosed with PCOS, did the doctor start you on medication right then, or did they say try to exercise and diet then we'll see how it goes?

I had it for 4 years with a list of horrible side effects, including weight gain of about 50 pounds...I got it removed April 5th of this year and lost 5 lbs within like 3 days of having it removed, I felt way less bloated and it has been so much easier…

No, don't do it with bare feet!!! lol, that can really mess up your ankles, I just had a friend on here the other day mess her's up doing 30DS with no shoes on and has to stop doing it for a little while!

My personal preference is to only add females (sorry guys!). It's just what I'm more comfortable with. ^^ This is what I was going to suggest, and also tightening your butt muscles and releasing, repeating several times. Maybe if you have some leg room under your desk you can stretch your legs all the way out and point your toes, so that your calves tighten up, then point your toes back , contracting and realsing them too.

Well thanks for responding ladies, at least I know I'm not alone and that most likely nothing is wrong. I'm not on any medication, my doctor hasn't "officially" said I have PCOS, she said "it sounds like you have PCOS". So, we shall see what else she says when I see her in July.

I use GasX sometimes when it is really bothering me, otherwise if it is just mild gas I take a chewable Maalox (the mixed berry kind, they're actually good).

Boxing while sitting (even Jillian Michaels says it's a great workout if you have a lower body injury), lift weights (while sitting if you have to), if you are able to without hurting do some crunches. Good luck! :)

I used to go to bed hungry and wake up starving too! That is definitely the reason I put myself on a schedule and got used to eating through out the day.
