Yeah... vegetables are ok not to hard for me, it's more about fruits. :\

Yeah I know but I still don't eat much of 'em. I ate a cliff bar once a day for desert and there was alot of vitamin in that and I'm afraid if I stop eating them I can get vitamin deficiencies.

The only way I ingest fruits is with granola bars and vegetables with some frozen dinner or when I cook I add potatoes or carrots sometimes.

Ok thanks for all the suggestions. Went to Costco and got some Mixed nuts, some healthy energy bars and rice pudding.

I put normal, because I don't really want to count in my hockey as I don't move much, goaltender. Used IIFYM to calculate my cal intakes to and set it to reckless.

I eat 1600 per day and 3 times hockey per day but I don't count my exercise in my diet so I can conpensate my rare sugar rushes.

Ok and what about pre packaged ham? Does that have any added salt? If no, I mean I could just get that and barcode, simple.

What about vitamin A? I eat a lot of carrots and there is alot of that in there.

Hmm little update. I read it incorretly. With 2 bars, MyFitnessPals only tells me I'm exceding Vitamin C by 88%, not to bad.

Well I used a TDEE calculator afor the calories and set the fat 30 percent of cals, protein 20 percet and the rest in carbs.

Ok. Body weight is the whole weight (like on a scale) or just the fat? And can I easily set this up in the FitnessPal tracking app or do I have to calculate it myself?

I will usually hit the minimums of fat, carbs, and sodium for sure. It'm having a hard time actually trying to keep within my calorie and nutrient limit. Waiting on for Quest bars with fiber to fill me up.

I don't think I will be doing hyponatremia. Daily I conaume aroujd 1700 to 2000 mg of sodium.
