Just do it! Bite the bullet and move up - YOU CAN DO IT!

I usually do an interval workout on the recumbent bike on days when my body needs a little bit of rest. I just make sure I have something good to read while I'm doing it ;-) the bike will get your HR up, too.

Thanks, everyone! I tried diluted vinegar tonight. We'll see what it smells like tomorrow ;-)

I use Nike+GPS on my iPhone. Maybe droid has something similar. I absolutely love it! Keeps track of miles and maps out where you've gone- quite accurately, too. The calories aren't very accurate for me- I rely on my HRM to track calories.

I swear by my chiro. Been going for 15 years (and I'm 32). I typically go as needed, but for sure once a month. They don't fix everything, but I typically see him before I go to my regular general medicine doctor.

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is a great workout. It's leas than $20 at Target. Soooo many DVD options out there!

Those chest straps stretch pretty far- you'll probably be fine. I have two different Polar HRM's. Just depends how much you want to spend. I've never put my HRM in the washer. I just rinse mine every time after a workout.

I've used a bike trailer for the last 3 years with my girls (they are 4 and 3). The girls love it and so do I.

Crystal Light has a new "mocktail" mix. I haven't found it yet- apparently it's flying off the shelves- but I'm defininely interested in finding it and trying it!

When you're exercising, are you reaching your target heart rate range? Just because you're "working out" doesn't mean that you're necessarily reaching the level that your body needs to burn fat. Do you use a heart rate monitor when you work out to help track your heart rate? I've found it to be a huge help for me!
