Birth control doesn't work for me either, and my only hope for regulating my cycles and maybe getting pregnant are to lose the weight. My SW: 256.4 My CW:232.4. When I started, I was 256.4 lbs. I am now 232.4, with 92 lbs left to go. I do this too. Sometimes it's all I can do to get through a work night only eating an apple or an orange. I can't eat dinner at work because when I cook my husband has to eat too when I get off work at night. The food addiction is definitely real.

OP also, I plan my meals on here for the week on Sunday night for Monday through Sunday and only plan for my base calories and macros then when I work out and decide I want more food for lunch or dinner I eat back 100-200 of my exercise cals but leave it at that.

I'm a binge eater. It has taken me this whole year until October 6th to conquer my addiction, and even from then til now I've binged..a lot. I've only lost 18 lbs. I don't want to lose my boobs, but at least where I lose my boobs my hips make up for it. I know I'm going to be thicker no matter what I do because my hips and butt are huge no matter what I do.

My highest was 260. I'm down 15 lbs since October 5th but I've fallen off the wagon a few times, and just got back on. :)

This! Eating clean makes no sense to me. I would rather just eat what I want and log it and practice portion control than to make myself suffer for 8 weeks.

I meant I don't plan on losing 20 lbs a month long term. Lol I'm definitely sticking with counting calories and exercising. That seems to be working:)

Thank you. I've heard that if you have a lot to lose it comes off faster so I was thinking it would probably be very possible at first. I'm not looking to do this long-term or anything just wondered how safe it was or if it was possible. :)
