How much water should I be drinking?

SW: 256.4 CW:230.8 GW:140 I've only lost the first 25, but that was my first goal to reach for this year. In the first picture I was in a size 22 jeans. The second picture was taken in a size 18! If I can do it, I know anyone can! I hope this inspires or motivates someone:)

20 lbs in a month?
I know some people work really hard, and can lose 20 lbs a month. I'm 244 right now and I was wondering if that would be safe for me? I know I should just listen to my body, but some opinions would be nice. Thanks!
