Wait until you are eating regularly again. I got food poisoning a couple years ago and lost 3 lbs over the weekend. Of course, the next week I was back up 2 of those lbs.

Nope! I start with a base of 1380 and burn minimum 400 calories a day ... and tend to eat that and a little more sometimes. I'm over today by about 150 and burned about 440 calories.
