Cheapest gym you could find ... but how much are you paying in gas to get there??? My gym is 5 minutes up the street and I pay $20/month, no contract. Try a Y or rec center!

WORK OUT. You can eat back whatever you burn off. But you need to make sure you know exactly how much you're burning. Invest in a HRM, and also a food scale. You cannot lose weight doing a crazy workout like Insanity and eating that little. I'm doing Insanity and I eat about 2000 calories a day after workout calories.

Do it. I don't see a problem with it. I wish I was in shape enough to feel comfortable in just a sports bra. When I run outside in the summer, I only wear a sports bra, mostly because of the heat. If your reason is the same in the gym, you're totally justified. Also, if you have a rockin' bod, you're justified. lol!

My form was horrible for those too until the second time I did it. When you side lunge, don't bend your knee to go down so much as sitting BACK with your butt. Think of it as sitting back into a chair. It's more of a lunge/squat combo.

Nope! LIES. The cholesterol in eggs is GOOD cholesterol. It's HDL which you want a decent amount of. Stuff with LDL you want less of. Think of it like this: when you go for a physical, you want your HDL's to be high - H. You want your LDL to be low - L. Therefore, the LDL is "bad" and the HDL is "good".

1 cup! Or, just do it this way... get a food scale, put a bowl on the scale, reset the scale to 0, then slowly put in your spaghetti until it reaches 2 oz. I do this when I'm really concentrated, but lately I just eye it, then scoop out 1 cup for my serving, and put the rest in the fridge. Leftover spaghetti today, in fact!

Anything that combines lower body and upper body will make the upper body with 5 lb weights seem harder. Try squats while you do your bicep curls or really anything else.

Maybe you're more bored with the workout? Try 30DS or No More Trouble Zones. I started with NMTZ, it's an hour long, and I loved it. I saw almost immediate results as far as new muscle growth. Inner thigh muscles, helllerrrr! :happy:
