You could try Beachbody. I'm in week 2 of Insanity and I've already lost a couple inches, and have so much more energy!! They have a ton of workouts to choose from.

I think you should keep doing both. When I was losing inches AND lbs when I first started about 3 years ago, I was doing cardio 5-6 days a week, and strength training 3 days a week.

Definitely talk to the mother. There is no reason any child (or any ONE) should be touched in any manner they do not approve of, or do not like. ESPECIALLY someone they don't know, and especially when they've already told them to effing stop.

Best one I know of that's pretty much available anywhere, is Pure Protein. I use Clif Builder Bars. I buy them at Target, Kroger, Whole Foods. Pure Protein is sold at CVS and some gas stations.

I have a panini maker and it works just the same - without the fat tray thingy. I bought it at Target for $20 on sale and I use it to grill veggies, obviously make paninis, but you could probably even put a steak in there! cook both sides no problem.
