A good macro balance is VERY important. I'm set at 45 carbs/25 protein/30 fat. MIGHT not be eating enough is a ridiculous statement. You are not eating enough food. Period. You must eat at least 1200 NET calories. As in ... 1200 calories of food AFTER exercise. Especially when doing something like 30DS. You need protein, you need fuel.

oh, hell yeah! a coworker brought a dozen donuts to work this morning & he was trying to tell me it was okay to eat one (i ended up eating one - but only one! a victory for me, seriously) and i was like "um, no, ONE donut is like one meal for me!" ridiculous.

lately with brown sugar and maple syrup - but it's a LOT of carbs sooo, i don't eat it that way often. it's good with berries & honey though, also. that's my go to.

You should not stretch before you work out. You could injure yourself. You should warm up (try searching jillian michaels warm up for strength - and go slow on any cardio you're doing, before you start). Stretch afterwards so you don't become sore. I've noticed a BIG difference in having a warm up and cool down than not.

I've heard things like vitamin e, drink lots of water, exercise, etc. and they will FADE. I have them all over my breasts, thighs, love handles, etc. Now that I've lost weight, and they're not pink anymore, they're hardly visible.

You could. I'm trying to get back into 1 1/2 hour workouts for strength days. You SHOULD be getting at least one hour of cardio 5-6 times per week, and at least 30 minutes of strength 3 times per week. Obviously strength and cardio would have to be done in the same day at least 3 times per week ... so that would be an hour…

I eat Barilla plus multigrain pastas. SO much easier, and it tastes great.
