It's because you crash dieted. If you are eating the amount of calories your body needs for nourishment, your weight loss may slow down... Lift heavier and eat healthier.

You could try kettlebells. I know lots of people who HATE lifting weights but love kettlebells!

It just depends on you. I prefer weight training to cardio for sure.

It took me a long time to finally "stoop" to online dating...but now I totally get the appeal! I don't go to bars. I don't enjoy it. So why would I go there to meet someone? The chances of meeting someone at a bar who doesn't like going to bars like me is very minimal. lol My current dude I'm talking to is from Tinder and…

I've always been told wait at least 24 hours... so I would say to workout before you give blood.

I would say to really evaluate WHY you overeat. What emotions make you overeat? All emotions, or just certain emotions? And when you overeat, what is your thought process? A lot of this is mental... if emotional eating is an issue, you need to find the root. Do you feel you deserve to be overweight? Are you punishing…

Your squat is good. For your overhead press, I would recommend stopping when your arms make an L, instead of letting your arms go all the way down. It will cause better resistance. For your deadlift, I would say to squat down a little when you're going back up, just to take the burden off your knees when you stand up.

5 days a week, M-F. I work a different muscle group everyday, cardio & abs are done every one of those days as well. I try to do more intense cardio about twice a week and the rest is really just a cool down.

A fun size Snickers bar. lol 'Cause I'm hungry and it was there...ha.

Not sure why you can't stop for 5-10 minutes just to eat for lunch. Are you in a car or on foot? My last job only allowed 15 minute breaks and I was able to eat my full meal in that time frame. I usually do a protein (chicken, ground beef or turkey), chickpeas or black beans with a veggie. Eat with a spoon so it's a little…
