  • Honestly, if he makes that much and he lied about having another family, he probably won't pay child support. But, here's the good thing. If she gets it approved that he has to pay and doesn't, he'll have a nice collection on his report and will ruin his credit for the next 7 years. So it could be nice revenge if he…
  • Thank you! I'm so excited!! Never heard of this before today. I can't wait
  • I'm bisexual  *cough* and single.
  • -People who give me more information than I asked for, such as ... when I say, "do you have a credit report #?" the answer is yes or no. Not forty-five minutes of why the hell you don't have one, because my next question is simple. What is your SSN? (job related, sorry) -Shouting instead of talking at a normal volume at…
  • Not really. You're less likely to overeat because you won't be starving once meal time comes around...but I really don't think it has anything to do with your metabolism. I do better eating every 2-3 hours but only 'cause routine works for me and my breaks at work are scheduled anyway.
  • Kroger. If the Trader Joe's was closer, I would most likely shop there but it's a good 20 min drive...
  • No clue! I've always felt comfortable in the gym once someone showed me what each machine did (first gym I joined when I was about 20). Before that I always worked out at home so I did mostly circuit training and strength with free weights. Right now I'm back to doing that just to save gas and 'cause I really like not…
  • As far as chains, I really like Mooyah. I usually get a turkey burger with swiss, mushrooms, grilled onions and lettuce. DIVINE.
  • Yeah, it's probably one of the only burgers I crave.
  • Uh, you look amazing. Hi.
  • Wow, this is really inspiring to me! I started at 212 and am currently 205. I am 5'4" as well and currently fitting in a 16, some 14s. My goal size is an 8! Smallest I've ever been was a 10 and still a bit chunky.

  • -Get a heart rate monitor. Machines are always off and this will be based off your age, sex & weight and more accurate -Go based off your TDEE and input your own calorie deficit - 1000 cals per day would make you lose 2 lbs per week which is safe at your weight -Eat as clean as possible -Measure everything
  • It'd be closer to aim for 10 lbs in a month and even that is usually pretty tricky. I'm 207 and 5'3 3/4". My goals on MFP are set up for me to lose 1.8 lbs per week which will be ALMOST 10 lbs in a month... granted, if you are just starting off and you do a dramatic change and go straight from junk to eating VERY clean…
  • It depends on what your goals are. If your only goal is losing 5 lbs, then you probably could get away with just eating at a deficit. If you want to cut your body fat and have visible muscle, you would probably want to cut down some of your sugar and wine. Not cut it out entirely, but everything in moderation is my motto!
  • Chocolate. Dark chocolate is a great way to get your fix. It's healthier and usually lower calorie, especially if you get one that's not sweetened. Or even chocolate chips. 1 tbsp of unsweetened chocolate chips are only 60 calories. They're great frozen!
  • You should be measuring everything so you can just look up each individual item. You could be eating more calories than you think. Measuring is a great way to keep your foods in check!
  • "No sweetie, that's just makeup." I love it. *hugs* I feel you, hon. It's a $h|tty feeling for sure... just wait a little while and I'm sure NO ONE will even think that, much less ask you!!
  • I got this 2 years ago 2 weeks before my grandma passed away. Hummingbirds were her "thing" and I've wanted to get one for her ever since I saw my very first hummingbird tattoo on Miami Ink when I was like 14, lol. So now I have her with me all the time. I got this one in June for my uncle (son of said grandma) who…
  • I've pretty much been overweight since I was about 7 or 8. I was about 130 when I was 15 which is technically a healthy weight, but started to gain once I start dating around 16 or 17 and ever since then it's been up and down. The smallest I've been as an adult is 150 when I was 19. I was walking 2 miles a day in the…
  • Even though the fact that people don't help heavier people as much as thinner people is basically crap ... we should all treat EVERYONE the same... despite that, acknowledge YOUR hard work and if someone says something, OWN IT. YOU are putting the hard work in. YOU are exercising restraint, willpower, and inner strength on…
  • Why are you trying to lose weight? You should focus more on losing body fat 'cause it sounds like you're at a healthy weight. Increase your strength training and decrease your cardio and you'll most likely see a change in your body but you should gain muscle.
  • If you want to lift 4 days in a row, I would recommend Jillian Michaels' videos. They're great beginner workouts but you can make them harder and you definitely can do them everyday. I really liked 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones. I saw great progress in my muscles with NMTZ in just a couple weeks (inner thighs,…
  • lol Love your post. Pick me!
  • Hi, everybody!! I have right at 67 pounds to lose, have lost a couple but am anxious to get down to my goal weight. I have previously lost 22 lbs using MFP but life got in the way, it got hard to track and I veered off course tremendously. I ended up gaining my 22 back along with another 30. But I'm more motivated…
  • I would just say watch the fake sugars you eat ... natural sugars don't affect you as badly as processed sugars do.
  • Look at your breads and pastas... there are also some veggies & fruits that are higher in sugar that could be substituted by better alternatives, for instance: Higher sugar fruits to avoid if you're worried about sugar content - Strawberries Kiwi Bananas For lower sugars, go for blueberries, raspberries, apples. Any white…
  • I'm wearing a size 16 jean right now, and I have this one pair of Tommy straight jeans that are super dark that are 12s - technically 14s. They make my *kitten* look GREAT and they're kind of low rise so to not have muffin top while wearing them would be idea. I would LOVE if they fit me like a glove by Christmas. Last…
  • Wow, you look great! I think it might have something to do with the difference in angle and lighting for both pictures, however. :]
  • I AM COMMITTED!!!!! I just restarted on Monday so I finished Day 3 today. Holy $|-|!+! I forgot how sore I get. lol I love it though. I started the week at 194 and a small-ish size 14 (as in, I may be out of my 14s soon! YAYY!) I haven't taken pics yet but I should probably do that. I definitely want my free Insanity shirt…
