I just had to talk myself into doing my Jillian workout. I had already logged and didn't want to take it away so I had to do it. I felt great afterward. Day 13 Level 2 done! I was sweating bullets. It was a little easier, but I was sweating like I had never worked out before in my life. It felt good though! I am happy I got it done. Good job everyone! Let's keep up the great work.

Alright I really need to measure. I just need to go to the store in buy the tape measure. After doing 30 day shred for a little less than 2 weeks I have lost 1.5lbs. Hopefully I will see more come off and make my goal of 174 by April 1st. On day 12 today. Did level 1 already and planning to do level 2 in about an hour.…

Weighed in today. Lost 1.5lbs since 2 weeks ago. I think I am losing inches and wish I would have measured before. 30 Day Shred is definitely whipping me into shape. Keep it up ladies.

Day 9 Levels 1 and 2 done. I can feel myself being able to do more each day. I really need a tape measure to see how I am doing I have to get one tomorrow and take measurements. Keep up the great work everyone!!! We are almost a third of the way through this.

One week completed and Day 8 tonight!! I can feel it getting a little easier, but it is still hard. Keep it up ladies!! I am already starting to talk to Jillian during my workout. I also say her lines for her. Only 23 more days!

Great job everyone!!! We are like a 1/5 of the way there! Keep it up!! I did day 6 levels 1 and 2 today. Since I am training for a few races, I am going to head to the gym soon and do a run as well. This is a great Sunday. Working out, cooking, and relaxing! Wish everyday was like this. Keep up the great work everyone!

Great job! I am going to run my first 6 miles tomorrow. I am kinda nervous. Way to go! That is a big accomplishment.

Berries are great. Also tomatoes. Pretty much any fruit is really good with cottage cheese.

I am planning to do a half marathon in June. I actually haven't been as hungry since I started training, but I am also really busy. I am making sure I get plenty of protein into my diet. Also, I am doing small meals throughout the day. Good luck in your half marathon.
