I'm in. I currently weigh 192. I want to be down to 175 by the end of the year so Christmas will work. I run and weight train. I have a 5k at teh end of Sept. and may try and add another race in. I am also thinking about trying to eat somewhat paleo. Give it a go starting Oct.

Wednesday QOTD: I would say that the habit I hope to pick up is just really being aware of what I am consuming and no having to look it up every time. Also recognize that since I do strength training and work out a lot I should consume more protein

I think I would have to say the smell for me is freshly done laundry. Especially towels or sheets and getting into them right after they come out the dryer.

I can't really remember, but it might be when I got a dog for my third birthday. I was super excited and I even got to name him. I made it up myself and I came up with Shermail. Don't know where it came from but at the age of 3 I was super happy about my choice.

I am going to consistently be active. I will go to the gym at least 5 times a week and take different classes at the gym I go to. I will also watch the food that I am eating and log everything for the next 4 weeks and hopefully this continues past that.

QOTD Thursday June 2nd: I am not quite sure what my biggest inspiration is. I think it would be the ability to play basketball well into my 50s. My sister is an inspiration.
