Congrats to all the losers!!! Way to go Lindsey!! Stacy you got this!! My trigger is probably boredom. Also, whenever I am out even at a friend's house I just end up eating more. I think it is just the talking and eating at the same time. Don't realize how much I am consuming.

Way to go lizzy!!! I just finished Day 30 Level 3. I never took measurements, but I did lose some lbs. It took me a total of 35 days. I am not quite sure what I will do for strength training now. I have to go back to my old lifting ways. Keep it up everyone and congrats to whoever has finished!

My goals for the month are to really focus on portion control. Stay focused when I visit DC for informational interviews. I also would love to get below 175. So, that would mean losing 6 lbs. WOW! I haven't checked in in forever. I hope that everyone is doing well. It is nice to see progress. I am pretty sure I won't make the 10 pound lose in March, but I am going to push it hard this last week and see what I can do. Good luck everyone and keep up the great work.

Yeah the doctor might be a good idea Nikki! Everyone is doing well. Lizzy you are soooo close to being done. Way to go. I didn't shred it today because I got home really late and had a tough workout at the gym. So, now I am scheduled to be done on Saturday. So close. Keep it up everyone!

Day 23 Level 3 DONE!!!! I did it this morning and was struggling after doing it last night before bed. I am going to boxing tomorrow morning (if I get out of bed early enough). That is a lot of circuit training. I will see if I can do both 30DS and the boxing class. Keep up the great work everyone!

I just did level 1 as like a warm up. Aside from those push-ups it was a breeze. I am going to do level 3 in a little bit. Day 18 is great. Only 12 more days!! This is a great challenge. So, I needed a rest day and took 1 day, but that turned into 2 because I didn't have time yesterday.
