So this was my first day of tracking my miles. I did 10min on elliptical and 15 on tredmill and only had 1.6 miles. i need to change my goal to probably 50 miles or less:( I walk alot at work as a nurse does that count?

HI I will be starting the Jamie Eason 12 week on Wednesday Feb. 1st. I know some of you have started few weeks ago. Right now I'm looking over her site. Question I really don't want to order the stack like the powder drinks.... what can I substitute. thanks for any help. Has anyone tryed it without using the supplements.…
