Good idea Lbiacono. We earned a bit of a retreat we just need to watch out too. Never had coke/pepsi and bacardi before. WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!

I am so glad that I'm not the only one dreading this weekend. I dread most weekends since I do fall off the board (still post my foods). I plan on doing a lot of walking to help burn off the extra (fating) foods and drinks. I plan on using water and gum to help.

Crunches and sit ups!! Lots of them. Most people do not work that area out and all the cardio will not get rid of the tummy fat.

Yup I have had that happen before. For the longest time I thought I was running into things. LOL. It'll go away but at times new ones will show up. If you are doing weights watch out since you can bump them against you and not know it.

It's from the loss of weight. Normally you start to feel it around 10 pounds of weight loss. Some people feel it after losing 5 pounds.

I did read that you need to change how you do things, from eating to workouts when you hit that point. I forgot the website but search the web and see what you can find. I'm sure there are others here that can really help you. You should be very proud of how much you have lost and keep up the great work! Don't give up!!!

I think I'd die at 100g of carbs but I should be doing just that. Good for you ! :) Have you tried the net to see what websites have any? If I find any I'll let you know.

I'm the same way. I started to wait till I get to work and then have a bagel with some unsweetened ice tea. Sometimes I eat half of the bagel and then eat the rest of it about an hour later. Sometimes I have an apple. Try different things till you find something that doesn't twist your stomach up. Good luck!!
