I put my TDEE at a deficit but I don't know. Maybe i'm just too impatient to see losses.

I'm doing my first 5:2 day today. I've been on my TDEE calories for a few weeks and haven't seen a drop. Hoping this will help jump things in the right direction. I use a little coconut oil at night too but during the day I wash with an unscented goats milk soap i make from a pour and mold kit which is great for moisture and just make sure i keep my water up as high as i can.

and of course my gym doesn't have a rower :(

I do my own home brews and make sure to plan for it. Part of the enjoyment of brewing my own ales is that I don't have to wait to the weekend to enjoy one. That's when I brew and I already have a hard time waiting for that.

i have it, started it last night, and burned a lot doing it today. i'm completely hooked and loving the music and the mix of ballet, salsa and belly dancing.
