Hi Guys, I am Tania, I am living near Rotorua. So far I have lost a bit over 10kgs since I had my son 18 months ago, I am now happily under pre pregnancy weight. I also have a 7 year old daughter. I have a few goals, the first is to get to 65kg, and once there I will see if I want to lose more or not.

I went to the sports shop and got mine. They shouldn't hurt, you obviously have the wrong ones. I can hardly tell when I am wearing mine they are so comfortable, and they were like that the second I put them on. I suggest you go get some fitted properly

Doing it is going to make you see results no matter if you do it every day or not. You are going to see way more results doing it every couple of days than you would sitting on the couch lol. BUT if you do it every day you will see more results. Just do it a total of 30 days, don't count your missed days in that 30

What if you have 2 different daily menus, and alternate them , that way you won't get sick of the same thing every day.

Don't know about the answer to your first question sorry as i'm white. BUT your last question, sex is definitely more enjoyable when you lose weight, you are way less self conscious (well I am) and get into it more.

I weigh everyday on the wii to keep my graph up to date. I don't mind seeing the gains tho. If I was they type of person that let a gain get me down I would probably weigh just once a week. I input my weight on here each monday.

OMG are you serious, yum, I have been craving cheese and all dairy since I started loosing weight, what is classed as low fat dairy

What jellyfishjen said, I use that site too. I have made my own exercises on here with the cals that that site says. I have one fore each of low, medium and high impact

I was 101.5 cm in November 2010, I am now 91cm, that is 10.5cm, or 4.1 inches
