HI, congrats on the baby. You will need to eat more than 1200cal per day if you want to continue breast feeding, if you don't eat enough you won't make enough milk. BUT with MFP you can add breastfeeding into your food diary and it will actually give you more calories to eat, the same as exercise does. I hope that helps

I have been walking, doing zumba at home, some of the 30DS (only done up to day 2 level 2, over about 4 weeks) a bit of kickboxing dvd by jillian michaels, and about 5 runs, but haven't ran for ages. I have just started doing the 30 day shred again, I am up to day 4 today (have missed 2 days already tho lol so I have done…

Ok I just finished my 4th day of the shred, I did it all just with the clock timing each set and watched the rugby at the same time lol. Man it gets in your head really quick aye.

To get it onto your signature go to the community tab up the top, then click signature.
