In the last 11 weeks I have lost 5.5kg (12 pounds) But I have seen a MASSIVE difference in the tape measure and in my before and after photos. The first pic is 16 months post giving birth, the 2nd photo is 19 months post giving birth. Nowhere where I want to be but definitly on my way.

Are you making sure you are drinking loads of water? I have found if I don't drink at least 6 glasses a day I don't get a loss.

Thanks wutamunkee and hssheikh, It is kinda strange to think that I am the one inspiring people now. I used to look at photos like these and think "there's no way MY body can change like that" but it is obviously possible. You can do it too :)

Oh yes my arm measurement didn't change for AGES but I definitely have way more definition than I used to now. At one point my *kitten* was getting bigger but It looked and felt way firmer. Don't get too caught up on those scales and the tape measure, I bet you are feeling alot healthier, it is awesome that your fitness…

I had my son 19 months ago and after my pregnancy with him my AB muscles separated to the width of all 4 of my fingers. I have been doing planks and planks with different leg movements etc and my muscles are now less than 1 finger with apart.

I have been walking, doing zumba at home, some of the 30DS (only done up to day 2 level 2, over about 4 weeks) a lit of kickboxing dvd by jillian michaels, and about 5 runs, but haven't ran for ages.
