I've done it, and really enjoyed it! I work out with a personal trainer once a week and he was really keen on crossfit for a while but he seems to have moved on from it now!

Hello!! I did my first sprint triathon this year and LOVED it!! I was really looking forward to doing it faster next year, but it doesn't look like it is happening, so I'm looking around for a different one. I'm hoping to do my first duathlon in the spring, I did a half marathon this year, and hoping to do my 2nd next May.

I've been working out with my trainer for over a year and I really enjoy it. He pushes me waaaay further than I would ever have pushed myself, he makes sure I exercise properly and don't get injured, and he keeps me motivated and wanting to achieve more. Definitely go for it :smile:

Oh I couldn't agree more! I'm slimmer and fitter. I am not sick. I can swing kettlebells around for 30 minutes that my friends can't even lift. And as for having to buy new/smaller clothes, they are being given my old/larger clothes, so what's to complain about there:wink: Good luck on your journey :smile:

I've done a few 5k's, did my 2nd 10k this weekend, also done a half marathon and a sprint triathlon this year. I like to have an event to work towards as it keeps me focussed on training. I'm hoping to manage one more half marathon this year. My future goals are to do mostly the same events next year but quicker :laugh:

I really wasn't happy paying £39, it is too expensive for the facilities we have. So I said I was leaving to go to the other gym in town, and I really was prepared to go there, it's very basic but very cheap!
