Your body will benefit from high protein meals at night, if you choose to eat late. Your body repairs itself and you are more likely to build muscle as you sleep. I do not believe that high fat/ high calorie meals would be recommended...I am not an expert, just sharing what I have read and adhere to

I second this!! Unless you go on cruises or go to all inclusive resorts monthly then I would'nt worry about it. My cruise experience was full of fun/beer/and good eating choices. I was the only one out of 15 people that didn't eat the 800 calorie chocolate lava cake.

I am a morning workout person and I never eat before workout. I always finsih my workout with a whey protein shake. There are varying opinions and reasons to eat before.

Ok, so my goal was to drop the beer and late night snacking. Didn't happen, so I put on 2 lbs. Bad Boy!! However, I worked out every day, and burned around 1800 calories for the week. Ohhhhhhhh, do be careful. The bottom shelf is CRAP!!! Coming from a true tequila drinker. I would go Jose all the way. Trust me, the bottom shelf is not grainy enough, tastes watered down and makes me gag. I never go below Jose.

I basically did the same with beef ribs, season salt, onions. I did not put any bbq on it. Left it dry. After I removed the bones and fat, I cooked it down for another 4-6 hours. Amazing!
