I am cut out my wine and it made a huge difference. I am only doing 15 carb. So see how it goes with no wine first. I set my macros at 66% f 5% carbs and the protein and it's working for me. My cals. are at 1200

When I record a half a red pepper that is 5 carbs. That is a third of what I can eat all day. Same with cucumbers. yikes....... so if I eat them together there sure isn't enough for supper. ; (

Thanks ya'll , this has been a lot of help. I am use to farmers market and fresh fish and meat markets. I will just learn to do better. I only have 75$ a month to spend so it has been challenging. But thanks for all the help. I'll keep you posted. ; )
