I actually think I might STOP tracking for a few weeks and see how that goes. It honestly stresses me out so much and if I get to 800 calories I start freaking. I think that would be best for me.

Thanks for the replies guys. I honestly don't feel like I am eating enough. I think I will try and up my calories a little bit each week.

I guess that's possible. I typically eat out once a week and last week I ate out 3-4 times.

I measure everything. It may not be perfectly accurate but it is pretty dang close.

Thank you! I have a pretty sedentary life. But, I do walk on a treadmill about 5-6 days a week for about 40 minutes. I usually end up burning around 200-250 calories a day when I do walk.

Yes! I am 22 years old and weigh 234. I am 5'4. I just feel if I eat too much I won't lose, but gain.

Thank you for responding! I really feel like I eat enough. I eat a few snacks a day. I think my plan is to start eating "brunch" Maybe an omelette and some toast with fresh fruit? Like I said, I am just starting and have no clue what I am doing! Oh and I do drink a ton of water. Somewhere between 80-100 oz a day. At least…
