So do you have to bulk first then cut?

Ok so I have been lifting for a month. No change in weight on the scale but I for sure see changes in inches....so would I in a sense be cutting? How can one cut effectively?

I workout 6x a week 3x a week for Stronglifts 3x a week Running (training for a half marathon) 1 day rest (usually Wednesdays) I do not lift and run ever on the same days

Really easy and good. I make this for the week and eat it over brown rice with a veg on the side or on a low carb wrap 3TBS of low sodium taco seasoning 1 cup chicken broth Chicken Mix chicken broth and taco seasoning Dump over chicken in crockpot and cook on low for about 8 hours. Shred

Thanks, for the sake of pre-preparing and so I do not get hungry this has been my usual meals. Which is about 1,500 calories. Love this post ! Great to see your progress, thanks so much for sharing. You look great. Do you know what your BF was through the different stages? I am on week 4 of SL and have not lost any weight BUT can tell I am losing inches so trying not to worry about the # on the scale (Trying is the key word !!)
