I bought mine on Amazon for around $65.00, it's a polar FT4. Nothing fancy but does it's job.

Almond for sure! Unsweetend, if you want sweetend add Stevia, you get to control how sweet & what it's sweetened with. It's yummy on strawberries and a crushed graham cracker. Reminds me of strawberries and cream.

I've got bone spurs under my knee cap and the doc said the best therapy is the bike. I also do the Love the Precore AMT machine it gives me the cardio I crave but easy on the knees.

I'm sorry to hear that! Stress eating is really hard for me as well. Use exercise as your escape. I always go in to it reluctantly, but when I'm done I feel much better. Don't waste your money. Mine died in two months and can't get any assistance from them. Loved it when it worked, but $100 for two months is not worth it.

One suggestion with the noodles. They tend to be really long, You may want to run a knife through them a couple times so you don't end up with a 5 foot noodle
