It is...sort of. I push myself so I am getting something out of it. I kick different ways and speeds. But the time goes much faster then on a treadmill. I am going to add more actual exercises to my workout tomorrow like all pull ups and upper body exercise.

Maybe you all can help me. I have been doing laps in the pool at the gym and I use a kickboard. I don't know how many laps but I do it for 30 minutes straight. I don't know how to count the calories burned for this. Can anyone help me? Thanks :happy:
