I always just take a hot shower when I'm cold or a cold shower when I'm hot. Beats the price of heating/cooling electricity costs.

Unfortunately a lot of guys tend to think everything is fair game everywhere with no limitations. I'm not a feminist dude or whatever, nor am I a sellout but it gets tiring seeing other dudes making us look bad like this. Guys, there's a time and a place and it's not on MyFitnessPal.

I've been doing P90 & T25 hybrid. P90 will start you at 25 minutes of weight training up to 45 minutes in the final month. P90 has a cardio focused calendar and a weights focused calendar. Weigh yourself every morning (before you eat) with the lightest clothing you have. If I weigh myself during the evening I'm 187 which is 3lb lost.. When I consistently weigh myself every morning I'm 185 which is closer to the truth since I haven't eaten, had any fluids, and I'm in some really light pajamas.

Yes, my solution is to count it on the app and stay under 1,000 calories for outdoor meals. I try to avoid restaurants with no nutrition posted.

I love Beach Body programs. I did Insanity and lost quite a bit of fat even though I didn't diet (I was already "thin"). I would go for the cheaper one (30DS) and see if I stick with it. I've done Insanity and it was intense.
