Unbeliveable feeling huh? I started jogging in March at no more than 30 second intervals and now run 6+ miles at a time. Every month or so, I just keep adding another mile or so. It's an amazing addiction and I am striving for a half marathon next! Good Luck!

I roll down my waistbands and it helps alot. I agree with everyone else about Goodwill and Salvation Army. I have bought great namebrands like Ralph Lauren, Karen Kane and Talbots for less than $3 apiece! Good Luck!

I have not gotten to 1000 yet, but I log in the 800's pretty regularly. I run for an hour and walk for 20 minutes brisky....usually gets me at 850ish! Good Luck:)

I have 4 boxers and if you don't know the breed, they are 'extremely needy' creatures both in time with their humans and exercise. I do it! I only have vanilla and it mixes in great. I use everything from Chobani to store brands like Kroger. I won't say it's desert like, but its a super quick meal loaded with protein.
