Maintenance was harder for me in the beginning, I was always very hungry and had a lot of cravings, it was like my body wanted to go back to it's state of being big, fortunately it got easier, I still go up and down here and there but for less than 10lbs, but my clothes still fit all the time :smiley:

I stopped and gained 5kg, I just can't recall what I'm eating throughout the day, I need to see numbers!!!!!!!! 1200 calories a day with MFP it's sooo easy and satisfies me, without MFP it turns in to 2000 calories :neutral:

It's harder for my colleague to gain weight than it is for me to loose it, she eat as much as she can to stay a size 28, she eats like her life depends on it, sooooo depressing, since I met her I consider my body's ability to gain and loose a "gift"!

Could it be that u r getting cravings because ur body is yearning for food to put u back to ur 'happy weight' since u lost more weight after reaching ur maintainance?

I'm 5'0, I had an unsustainable and uncomfortable (and maybe unhealthy for me) GW of 106-108lbs, however I maintain 110-112lbs without trying.

I'm also a pear shape, I've never had to worry about a big tummy or fatty arms which is a benefit, and I know if I go anywhere less than 105lbs I will definitely look underweight on my top part because I carry most of my weight in my hips, if my jeans are getting tighter I go on a deficit for a week or 2 until my jeans fit…

Congrats on the pregnancy!!! That's all I can say LOL because when I was pregnant all I could think about was mcflurry and a HUGE barone slab hahahahaha but it's over now, after giving birth the weight came of quicker than I expected, maybe it's because I was breastfeeding. All the best!
