At $75/month, after a couple of months, you could own your own breast pump....There are lots of pumps available in lots of price ranges. I have heard good things about Medela, but if you look up reviews on breast pumps, I'm sure you will find something that is more financially do-able that receives great reviews. And I've…

Better_Balance: I feel that immunizations are necessary, and from what I've read, most feel they are...rather its the timing of the immunizations that they have found correlations to autism. The common practice of giving numerous immunizations at one time is what is being questioned. I plan to time the immunizations so…

Ok sorry, I need to post a random comment. I swear I am not planning/trying to make the top of every new page on this month's thread. That is some weird coincidence. Have a great night ladies!

They grow, and grow, and grow.... I was top heavy before getting pregnant and I can't believe what they look like now. :noway: I would probably recommend sports bras for your stage in the pregnancy. They will be tight and supportive enough, while still stretchy enough to keep growing with you. If you can find nursing bras…

Hi Rosanna, I am using my own detergent made of washing soda, borax and oxi clean. I also used a sample of Rockin' Green and a sample of Country Save. I haven't been using rash ointment w/ the cloth but I did by California Baby which is suppose to be a cloth safe ointment. In disposables I have been using Burts Bee's. If…

Thanks for the advice! Definitely going to try the pillow thing tonight. At this point my goal today is to make it through the day. I have limited my work goals to something very manageable. The rest of the day I plan to spend scheduling next week.

[/quote] I think you maybe being to hard on yourself....Remember we are all pregnant. Hormones are FLARING and "Tis the season..." so on top of already being a compliated time for us (prego women) we have additional stress of holidays/ month end & year end. Your not alone on the stress/overwhelm- We all have something…

Totally lurking! I love hearing about how all the mommas and their babies are doing! Expect me to lurk A LOT. blessedmomof3: I plan to cloth diaper as well and my understanding was that babies that were cloth diapered had less occurrence of diaper rash. Can I ask what detergent you are using? And what type of rash cream?…

Very normal. Totally felt that way in the beginning. But no worries, it subsides! Just try to recognize when you're being overly moody and try to keep it in check. You don't want everyone around you hating you when your pregnant.

Better_Balance: Thanks for the new thread! I feel the same about the calorie goal. If I get there great, if not but I'm not hungry, then great too! kellyrorie: We'll love to have you! mfpseven: Awesome goal! A lot of women on this board lost weight in the beginning of their pregnancies. Everyone's body takes to the…

You should be able to spin for as long as you can comfortably. You will want to modify your intensity as your pregnancy progresses. Exercise is not shown to cause miscarriage. You want to be aware of your intensity levels and your body temperature at all times, but more especially during pregnancy. The baby is more…
