I do the almond thing too and sometimes all natural trail mix- no chocolate chips or anything just dried fruit, seeds, etc. I think my problem at the moment is I need to food shop again and replenish!

That makes sense. What you have to do probably is still have the 3pm snack but make it fruit or veggies. I just finished day 10 and only now do I feel a difference in my endurance. I am scared to go to level 2 tomorrow! I still cannot do the lateral raises without taking 2 breathers. I miss a lot of bicycle crunches too.

I am doing it. I do not understand what you are referring to with the calorie burn. Do you mean how much you burn doing it? I use a HRM. I have burned anywhere from 165-200. Usually I burn about 177 calories. I weight between 150-155. If you weigh more you will burn more. BUt if you skip a few jumping jacks or squats, etc,…

Happened to me too. And I was totally good with food that week and working my butt off with shred as well as other things like cycling, walking, and other dvd's. i gained 3 lbs and was so upset. but my jeans were too big on me. the next week i lost 5 or 6 lbs so it balanced out. i have no idea if this has to do with 30DS…

Both of you should eat how you want to and eave the other one alone. Easier said than done, I know first hand.

There are ten minute workouts out there. They count! If I walk for just 15 minutes and burn just a few calories I log it. It counts, it burns calories. Even 30DS is less than 30 minutes. That person can stick their opinion in a jelly donut.

I used to eat a whole box of girl scout cookies, a whole carton of Bern and Jerry's, a whole tube of pringles. I try not to even snack at night anymore. It always used to occur at night while I watched TV.

I had a horrible day today eating just abnut whatever I wanted. There is no way I can work it all off. However, if I can uster the energy I will try to do something anyway. It's a personal preference I think. Whatever makes us feel better as long as we get back on the wagon again ASAP.

see this is an old post but wow! I am doing 30ds now and I cannot believe how much stomach is removed for you. It doesn't seem like it does all that much ab work! I hope and pray I get even half those results!!

A lot of my DVD's have you do it even without a rope. My heart rate gets up there in a hurry. It's tough tho if you have bad joints.

if there is not enough room for dinner you will probably not be that hungry anyway and you could always work it off if you go over. don't worry. just eat whe you are hungry, as long as it is healthy things.

How do you stay so low on sugar?? Even when I have what feel like perfect days- healthy all day long, I still go over on sugar either from a protein shake or mainly from fruit and cherry tomatos!

I have never had a flat stomach even when I was super skinny and did crunches every day. I hear the stomach is the LAST thing you lose. Also, I hear we store stress in our tummies.
