Holy moly! You are very, very shredded! I find it hard to believe that is only 6 poiunds worth of shred. Your tummy is gone and your back looks totally different. FANTASTIC!!

I have lost weight with having a reasonable treat here or there. Italian ice is not too bad neither is weight watcher's ice cream bars. Thank you. I am so impressed that you made it 7 months with no binges. Good for you!!! I have found fasting to be a good solution as well. Once I get past the hunger it makes me feel free and strong and then I have no craving for bad foods. It is like hitting a reset button, then I only want food for fuel.

I have had 2 in a row. Again, getting more sleep, eating more protein, and going to bed early seems to be key for me.

I just thought of one more thing- and again, what do I know, but I think lifting is supposed to boost your metabolism so being that your system is running slow maybe adding lifting can allow you to add some more calories to your diet?

I can see a huge difference in the pics most especially in your hips! Great job. I cannot wait to be done with the shred. 7 more to go and I am through with Jillian lol. I am taking longer too. I do not see how people don't take breaks. It hurts!

Mine is worse as well My gyno just told me to try evening primrose oil. We'll see if it works. I also have to get an ultrasound because my lining is too heavy. No idea if that could be related to weight loss or not.

Wow, unless you are like 4 feet tall this does not seem right to me. This site will not put you any lower than 1200. Like I want to lose 2 lbs per week and to do so I need much less than 1200 but it keeps me at 1200 because anything else is considered dangerous. We really are addicted just like people get to alcohol I think. (at least many of us). Lie how they say "Some people can have one drink but we can't." That's us with junk food. I am seriously thinking about looking up the 12 steps and trying to apply them to my food addiction!

Thanks guys. Sorry it took me so long to re-check this thread. I actually did good today so I am really happy with myself. I hope I can keep it up!!! One thing I am learning is when I eat a ton of protein like close to 100 grams I do not seem to get very hungry or cravings so I am going to try and keep that up.
