Oh yeah, I am right there with you. If we felt as big as we were we'd probably do something about it sooner. I have done the same thing. I think I look nice and I go some place. Then I see pics and I am horrified about what I "really" look like.

Thanks all. As much as I am not concerned so much with the number I guess it is like a pay off at the end ofyour heard work all week so it is why I wanted to weigh in. I knew I worked so hard I just wanted my hard work validated I wanted my stupid ticker to move lol.

Last time it was about 2 hours later. But this is 3 whole pounds over last week. If I lost 2lbs, then my weight would be fluctuatiing 5 whole pounds. I usually do not fluctuate more than 2 or 3. That's weird that your coworker makes fin of you for eating at that time. Most people eat at 5 or 6 I think. I try to shoot for that time. Sometmes I run late but I always feel bad when I do and we eat at 7 or after. I think the earlier the better although I do always find myself eating something before bed.

I feel the same way about going to the gym! I am sure someday i will join one since I only have limited equipment at home but I have had those same hesitations, I am sure everyone does!

Wow when I wore a size 7 I weighed 103 lbs. You must have a lot of muscle, especially since you said you worked out a lot before. I am betting your waist is really thin and the weight you carry is from muscle.

I am 5'2". My goal is 120. Really I feel like I could go down as far as 100-110 and be healthy. I used to weigh that a loooooooong time ago but I am not sure if it is realistic anymore, so I will reassess at 120. I have no idea about the body fat percentage.

I agree with not dropping too low because calories are needed for bodily functions. But I think if I eat 1200 calories rather than 1400 I will be fine and still drop weight, especially if I am not even hungry.

I have seen a lot of studies saying it is a myth also. Some people fast two times a week for weight loss with no reverse effects. I am not saying anyone should fast but I think at my weight with all my stores fat, if I am 100-200 calories under I am not going to go into starvation mode. There are no fat starving people out…

Well if it is kickboxing, I (according to this and other sites) burned 117 calories from 10 minutes of kickboxing (I had a 10 minute solution DVD with a ten minute kickboxing workout) so I would say it is possible.
