  • I love crystal light. I usually put one packet in a bottle of water. I probably drink 2-3 a day, its the only way for me to get all my water in because I don't really like regular water.

  • Your net calories, if I understand it right, are what you eat minus your exercise. You should not let your net fall below 1200, so today you have eaten too few calories and that is bad. So if you log more food your net will go up, and it should be around what your goal calories are. It's confusing.

  • My favorite protein bar is Zone Perfect chocolate chip cookie dough.. They are sort of small though, but they do the trick for me when I'm craving something, or just need some protein before I exercise.
