This might seem like a stupid question but I have to ask..sorry!
When I go to the gym(Planet Fitness) I usually get 4 miles in on the elliptical or treadmill before going on to the 30 minute circuit training which works on arms and legs but the only place I've noticed any difference is on my thighs which have gotten a tad slimmer..is there a reason theres no differences everywhere else? My tummy and arms are sore practically everyday from the gym yet I've seen nothing yet…I've been going twice a day 5 times a week for about 3 weeks now fyi…so my question is, am I doing something wrong? Or is it too soon to tell? I push myself hard so it's not like I don't try…please help?
Any tips are greatly appreciated

Three weeks is not enough time to see a major difference. Also, if I were you I'd only go to the gym once a day. There is no need to go twice. You're going to burn out and quit at that rate. I think it'd be a good idea to only do the weights every other day, no more than three times a week. You need to give your body a little time to rest and heal. It's okay to push yourself, but it seems that you are pushing too hard and I guarantee you're not going to stick with it long term.0

I know, it's definitely not long term lol I have one week left before vacation so..but I understand the letting my body rest and heal part so thank you!0 -
Ah, ok. Yeah, in three weeks your body just isn't going to see much change. So there is not really a point to overdoing it for your vacation because either way, you're not going to lose a ton of weight and slim down in such a short period of time.
With regards to your question about why it seems like the weight is coming off your thighs and nowhere else. That is normal. Weight comes off differently for everyone. I know when I lose weight it usually comes off my stomach area first, and the last place it comes off is my thighs. It's annoying, but that's just the way it is. You're not necessarily doing anything wrong, it's just the way your body is.0
