  • Hi Tazeher; I too am doing a sugar detox. I'm 3 weeks in and getting better. I still have headaches but not nearly as bad as in the beginning. Don't beat yourself up over the orange juice; however the next time you have a craving go for low sugar fruit, e.g. apples, tomatoes or strawberries. Keep up the good work. Vbolivar
