Did day 5 today. Will try to do one more day of week 1 tomorrow. Then I will rest on Sunday and start week 2 on Monday. My husband has been doing it with me. We'll see how long he lasts...

Well, I attempted it today. I wasn't able to fully complete the cardio section of circuit 3 as I felt really light-headed, but that could be because of me not feeling well today. I'm hoping it will get better. Everyone, don't forget to take your before pics & measurements so you can see how well you did!

Thanks for doing this with me guys! It's gonna be great!
-
So how did everyone do? I finished it this morning. Took me a little longer due to...stuff, but I am glad I finished! I will post my before/after stats later.
-
How's everyone doing? I'm on L3D6. Only 4 more days to go. I usually take Sunday as a rest day, but I'm thinking of doing it on Sunday just so that can be my last day.

So I started level 3 today. Compared to level 2, level 3 is a breeze. I had to modify some of the moves because my knees couldn't take it, but I'm hoping that i will get stronger and be able to do them full force!

I think I've decided to start ripped in 30 after 30DS. Although, with it getting cooler outside, I may try running in the morning also. I've got a 5K in October that I registered for, so I need to train for that. I finished L2D9 just now, so I will have one more day of level 2.

I still have 2 more days of Level 2. (Yuck!) I was supposed to do D9L2 today, but apparently I set my alarm for the wrong time and got up too late. So...I start back up again tomorrow. Sounds like level 3 is better than level 2...yay! I don't like level 2.

I have 2 more days of level 2, then I may attempt level 3....wish me luck. lol Although I keep reading that level 2 is the worst.

See, I let him get what he wants from the store as long as I can get my healthy stuff. We have 2 kids (6 & 14months) so I don't want to go completely fat-free at the house. For example, as I am walking on the treadmill tonight, he's eating fritos and queso dip on the couch. I'm not saying anything to him because I wouldn't…

Also, the other day we were out shopping and it was getting late (6-7ish) I said let's stop and get a bite to eat. I offered a fast food place, and he said no because he wanted to make sure I had healthy choices, so we ended up eating at Panera, where I was able to get my favorite chicken cobb salad. He's slowly learning.…

I finished D4L2 today. Level 2 is still hard, but it's not as bad as it was on day 1. I'm hoping it will get better by day 10.

I'm not a CNA, but try wearing a pedometer on a daily basis and try to find a way to log how many steps or miles you walk during the day.
-
I did L2D2 yesterday. Level 2 is hard! But I am determined to finish it.
-
I have done 10 days of Level 1 with one break in between. Should I take a rest before I start level 2, or should I just go right into it?
-
Yay! Cause we miss you and our little girls could be BFF's growing up! :) I don't think I could get Taz on MFP. He wouldn't have the patience to count calories and measure everything he eats.
-
M, I'm happy you're doing so well with this! I know it's hard, especially with the work folk that order from Fat Phillys, Sunrise, & chinese take-out ALL the time. I'm glad that it's sounding like A is helping you with your journey. Taz is helping me even though he's not doing it himself. If he is making me a plate or…

Good luck on starting C25K. I finished mine a couple of weeks ago. Now I just run 30 minutes every M,W, & F. I signed up for a 5K in October so I am hoping that I'll be able to do this. The 30 minutes that I run is only at a 4.0 on my treadmill, and it's not even 2.5 miles so I have some serious training to do! I love…

I took yesterday as a rest day, so I wil complete D6L1 today. I am going to try to do each level for 10 days. Wasn't planning on a rest day yesterday, but my body said otherwise. As for HRM's, I use a Polar FT4 and love it!

I just did all 150 at once. I may have to go sit in the hot tub. I hurt! But it's a good pain.
-
I hate the shoulder raise & the side lunges too! well..moreso the shoulder raises. I am barely able to finish both sets! I think I might try to do 10 regular push-ups each night to build up my endurance so that I can do them properly during the dvd.
-
Logo works for me!
-
I just completed the push-ups challenge. I am assuming when yall refer to "girly" push ups then you mean being on your knees. If that's the case, then I just did 100 girly pushups. lol
-
That's awesome! I think my favorite one is part 1...the being able to walk around your block and even jog.
-
So do we need to tell your our weight & measurements before the challenge starts? How's this work?

I like to get fat-free or no sugar jello chocolate pudding. I sometimes dip fresh strawberries in the pudding so it's kinda like chocolate covered strawberries! (my weakness.) I also get the skinny cow or weight watchers ice cream bars. Keep a look out for frozen yogurt in the ice cream section. Also, the betty crocker…

Did day 3, level 1 this morning after my 30 minute run. Not as bad as the 1st day when I did my 30 min run. I didn't feel like jello. I don't know if it's because it's getting easier, or if I actually let myself cool-down a bit after running.
