I'm an elementary school teacher, so I walk a lot. I set my activity level to sedentary. I synced my Fitbit to MFP. Question, should I count those Fitbit as "exercise calories burned" ? I don't want to count them, but them not really be counted... Not sure how to explain it.

Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 starting June 22
So I had tried to start this on June 1, but other things kept me from doing it properly. So I am going to start it again on Monday, June 22. I plan on doing it Mon-Sat, with Sunday being my rest day. I also plan on doing one level per week. Who's with me?

Ripped in 30 or 30 day shred?
It's been a couple of weeks since I did any kind of exercise, and I want to start back up again. So I'm trying to figure out which of those Jillian Michaels DVD's to start with. 30-day shred would be done at 10 days/level and ripped in 30 would be done at one level/week. What are y'all's opinions?

Measuring and tracking protein?
So if I weigh a bone in pork chop, do I weigh in the bone and minus the weight of the bone? Or do I just keep the weight including the bone? The same question for measuring a steak.

I just found it browsing through the App Store. It's $4.99. I downloaded it, and played with it for a little bit. It seems cool, but it also seems similar to the Xbox & Wii games. However, if you don't have either of those, then this is the way to go!

So the local amusement park here opens up next Saturday, and my family and I have season's passes so we go all the time.
