I want to make sure I measure my water intake, but I never know exactly how many glasses I am drinking.

What constitutes as one glass of water on MFP?

    8oz = 1 cup.

    One glass is about 1.25 - 1.5 cups, depending on how full you like your glass.

    I soak four green tea bags in a cup of hot water and then add it to a gallon jug of water with lemon in it. i drink that every day. water is crucial in helping you to lose your weight and is extremely healthy for you..unless you have a limited fluid intake for medical reasons of course..

    In weights and measures, 8oz is 8oz and 8 oz is equivalent to one cup of water on or off line.

    Thank you everyone! Based on this I am REALLY drinking water.
  • Consider getting a Pint sized glass. This will be around 160z. 2 glasses of water at a time. Makes it easier at work or at home, to keep track of how many you drank..

    I only think in liters...and drink a minimum of 3 liters a day. Often more with my workouts (which are sometimes twice daily)
