Jillian Michaels killer buns & thighs

Does anyone have this DVD? Do you like it, and does it really tone thighs?

I'm not really interested in the buns part, just the thighs. I have really thick upper thighs. They rub against each other when I walk, and look horrible when I'm sitting. I can't wear shorts because of them, and I would love to be able to.

Just looking for something to tone my thighs.

    It's great, you feel it in your legs and butt.
    But you can't spot reduce fat unfortunately.
    You're going to have to lower your bf% to get what you're aiming for.

    This is the hardest workout I have ever done. I have only done it a few times as I prefer to workout in the gym, but if you are looking for a great lower body workout, this one is great. It doesn't incorporate a whole lot of butt movements, but a lot of thighs. But like the previous poster said, you cannot spot reduce. If you are looking to tone and tighten, this is a great workout.
