It's the same concept (3-2-1), but different moves and with 4 levels instead of 3.

I vary with my weight sizes. Some of the moves I use an 8lb and others I use a 5pb. W1D2 completed.

I am doing a Jillian Michaels DVD, and I plan on doing it Monday-Saturday, and resting on Sundays.

Well, it's tough but good. There are 4 workouts, and I plan on spending a week on each workout. I must say, the time on the back is misleading though. It says 24 minute workouts, but it actually totaled 35 minutes with warm up and cool down.

I've been a member of WW since July 2014. I have lost about 15lbs since then. It should have been more, but I didn't follow the plan as well as I should have. So 5x5 is 5 sets of 5 reps, right? I'm used to doing DVD workouts, so I'm new to the whole gym thing.

I don't switch classes. I'm in a second grade class, so we don't "switch classes."

Level 2 sucks. That's all I can say. But I did day 6 today, so only four more days.

How is everyone doing on this? I just started level 2 today. I did 10 days on level 1, and I'm going to do 10 days on level 2, and on level 3. I forgot how hard level 2 is on my knees. I had to take several breaks this morning. Hopefully I will get better and not have to break so much.

I did day 6 today. I started transitioning from 3lb weights to 5lb weights for some of the exercises cause 3lbs were getting easy. Man were my arms and shoulders sore later,mbut it's worth it. Same here! I usually have to take a small break between those sets. They are killer on my thighs. Today I started adding my 3lb weights to the 3rd circuit part of the punching.

So day 2 wasn't as bad as dy one. Still somewhat hard, but at least I'm trying. How is everyone else doing?

Day one is done. It was definitely a burn with my 3lb weights. I think after a few days of it, maybe day 6 or 7, I might try it with the 5lb weights and see how it goes.
