I may have to try the two bra thing. I went from a D to a DD after giving birth. My boobs have never been this big before. They used to be C's before I had my first baby 3 years ago. I'm hoping that when I start to lose weight, my boobs will too. I don't want boobs that are this size.

I am taking rest days so I don't overdo it with my body. As far as the weights go, I am starting off with 3 pound weights because I am just getting back into exercising after 10 months of mot exercising due to being pregnant and giving birth. I am going to do 10 days on each level. I'm going to rest on Sundays, But Monday through Saturday I will do 30 DS.

I can't now because of our different work schedules. However, we used to. But I often found myself getting frustrated with him because he wouldn't work as hard as I did. We did workout videos together, and he wouldn't do the moves right, or would not do it as intense. I never said anything, and I know I shouldn'tve worried…

I'm right there with you. I had a baby 4 weeks ago. I had a vaginal delivery, so my recovery is not as long. I had my post partum appointment today, and I've been medically cleared. So starting Monday I will be getting back on track. If you want support, feel free to add me as a friend.

I would begin by exercising (once you're medically cleared.). That and eating right is your best bet. Maybe try some ab/core exercises.

I have an 8yr old and a 3yr old. I get up around 5:30-6am to work out before either of them wake up. My 8yr old never woke up before 7, but my 3yr old sometimes did. So there are some mixed reviews here as to whether or not the tea helps with sleep, though I think all of you that have had it like the taste of it. :) I think I will try the tea, and maybe look into getting some melatonin. Thanks for everyone's input!

This is my problem. I have NO problems falling asleep. It's the staying asleep that's the problem. I was thinking about trying Nutrilite's valerian & hops supplements, but they are so expensive. I'm also worried about trying sleeping pills because I really don't want to get addicted to any.
