I'm glad we did the burpees first. I did them in sets of 10, and added jacks in between. But at least they're done!

I don't mind the jumping jacks. I prefer those to burpees. I was even getting my 7 yr old to do them with me.

I am behind on my jacks, but I have done all the daily challenges. The worst were those tricep dips. Even the modified version was very tough on the arms. I did them though!

See, I did look at their nutritional info, but that didn't tell me ANYTHING about low-fat dressing. I wouldn't have known that unless I made this post. Thanks guys! :)

I didn't even know they had low-fat dressing! So if I asked for a separate bowl of salad, no dressing, low-fat on the side, would they do that, along with bringing my coworkers the usual salad? Ugh. Sooo not looking forward to tomorrow. I hate pushups. But I'm going to do 10 pushups, then 20 jacks, and rotate until both sets are done. That way it will break them up.

I am going in to my profile settings and change my starting weight to whatever my current weight is on Jan 2nd, and set my goal weight to 20 lbs less than my current weight.

So, I did chest & back again today. (slacked off last week and only exercised twice.) But I did the legs yesterday, and I am STILL sore today! But I hope it's a good sore. (Damn lunges.)

I did the cardio challenege today, and it wasn't as horrible as I thought it was going to be. I took advantage of my 30 seconds of rest. lol

I did chest & shoulders today and could feel it a little with my 3lb weights. I HATE ultimate ball. I don't know if it's because of my lack of balance on the ball or the ball itself. I CANNOT balance on that darn thing. So a lot of the plank exercises I either do poorly or not at all because I can't balance. Anyone else…

I am actually looking forward to this. I haven't done an exercise program longer than 30 days since I finished C25K in July. Everyone be sure to take before and after pictures, and your measurements!

I think the workouts are longer and there are different ones. And you do this for 90 days vs the 30 days. I think it's maybe supposed to be something like P90X, but not quite.

I say that you should just celebrate your birthday care-free. Eat what you want. One day is not going to set you back that far. Just get back on the horse the next day. Happy Early Birthday! :D

We just had this a couple of weeks ago and it was sooooo good! My mom made homemade dumplings. Yum! I'm 25% polish, and my husband is too. My grandfather was 100% polish/. My great grandma was born in Warsaw.

I never usually record any kind of cleaning, even when it's stuff I don't do often. I figure it's "extra" cals not calculated for. I onl log actual exercise, which is anything I user HRM for. For example, I didn't log my 10-15 min walk to my moms cause it was a leisurely walk and not something I put on workout clothes for.

I'm hoping that S90 will help prepare me for P90X which is why I wanna try it first, and for the price, it's something I'm willing to try guilt free.

Your result pics are awesome! You can definitely see a difference! I need to take my after pics & measurements. I did day one of week 2 today. But I managed to injure my ankle by landing on a dog toy during high knees, so I'm not sure how the rest of the week is gonna look.
