I am struggling with a change in my daily schedule

A couple of weeks ago I went working from 8-5 at a desk job. I was able to drink as much needed as I could use the restroom when I wanted. I could also eat snacks at my desk, and lunch when I want.
Now I am student teaching. I don't drink a lot of water because I can only go to the bathroom certain times a day when the students aren't in the classroom. I can't have snacks. I eat lunch at 11:15 everyday, which is too early for me. Between 7:45 and 11:11 I eat nothing, and then I usually don't eat until after school. By that time I am starving, and I tend to munch on anything I can find at home, and it's usually between 4:30-5pm at that time, and my family eats dinner between 6-6:30.
I need to figure out how to make this work, and how to stay on track. This is a very difficult change for me, as I was used to a desk job for 10 years. The good news is that I am now on my feet a lot more than I was before, but I am struggling with my eating habits.
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what to do so I can adapt better? Thanks!

I'd say try to eat a lunch with a food that make you feel full for a long time (long burning stuff) and pack a snack for right after the kids leave for the day. That doesn't have to be a big snack, but enough to help you feel satisfied until dinner time with the family.
Pretty much everyday before I leave work I eat a small snack (hard boiled egg, a few nuts and carrots, cheese stick, etc.). This helps me keep my blood sugar at normal levels so i don't bonk right as I'm trying to pick up my kids and head home to cook dinner.
Pre-planning meals and food is what has really helped me get my eating under control.0 -
Is it really impossible to eat a small handful of nuts between classes?0

I don't switch classes. I'm in a second grade class, so we don't "switch classes."0

I find that protein, fat & fiber keep me fuller longer than carbs.0

What about protein shakes? Aaron has this protein powder we got from Costco, it is chocolate flavor and I use one scoop of that, half to whole banana, and vanilla almond milk. It is very filling and lasts me through the morning. And it is very delicious!!0
