Warm ups & Cool downs from workout videos

I am planning on working out daily using two separate workout videos. Each video will be about 30 minutes long of actual exercise. Should I do the warm-up and cool down for each video, or should I just do the warm-up from the first video and the cool down from the second video?

If you're watching them back to back, you probably won't need to warm-up again. But just in case, what are the videos (or rather, what are the types of workouts in the videos)? Maybe two warm-ups would be necessary if the workouts are vastly different?

Jillian Michaels DVDs. One is her killer buns and thighs, and I'm not sure what the other one will be yet.

I just tried to do workout 2 of 30DS followed by workout 3. I did all of 2 (including the warm down) and the warm up and circuit 1 of workout 3.

I would say if your pushed for time, there's no reason why you would need to do the second warm up, but it might help ease you into the second DVD and will be extra calories burnt!

If you are doing back to back cardio type videos then that would be OK. If you are doing resistance type exercises and doing upper body in 1 video and lower body in the next I'd do the warmup/cool down for both.
