I still have my coffee in the morning, but other than that, I only drink water. I carry a water bottle with me to work and refill it throughout the day. I created an exercise called "Treadmill" under the "My Exercises" section on the Exercise tab and invested in a Heart Rate Monitor so that I know exactly how many calories I burn.

Thanks! I just started looking around and have noticed a wide price range. I wouldn't mind spending around the middle of the road :smile: I don't want something huge, as it'll need to fit in a room with other equipment, but I want something that's going to hold up.

I have the Polar Ft40F and love it. The chest strap is very comfortable and it is easy to use. There are 2 views you can use while working out: - either see your heart rate and what "zone" you are in; or you can switch to just the heart rate. It will tell you how many calories you burned, what % from fat, average heart…
