  • I had day 1 of Plyo yesterday. The power squats and level 1 drills get me the most. Haha, that's funny about the basketball jumps. I do the same thing.   • You don't go in order with Insanity. The one you should start with is the fit test. The rest of them are mixed up throughout the week so you aren't doing the same thing over and over. There is a different set for the 1st and 2nd month. If you would like a copy of the schedule, let me know. I'll help you out.

  • I'm a Mom of a 4 year old and 11 month old. My husband is a pilot and is gone anywhere from 8-15 days at a time. It's hard being on duty 24/7 with no outside help.
