  • I hope you're feeling better soon :) prioritize yourself and your health and happiness :)
  • Hey girl!! just read about your back and im glad its all healed up for you :) You are looking great and don't worry about pr's (comparing to others)- im the same! we are both small framed so just have your own journey and if you feel strong and fit you are winning! I found a break from tracking was really good for me (back…
  • i 'like' and agree too :)
  • Hey girl :) your booty gains will come, don't stress :) give it another month then maybe switch up your program if needed? and it took me SOO long to be able to do a pullup/chinup- and some days I cant do any, other days I can do 3 in a row. Don't sweat it too much. :)
  • Okay ladies, I wanted to share something with you all. In the past during highschool and university I suffered from an eating disorder. I wont go into detail but since buying my food scale ive felt some of my old anxieties return. So for that reason Im going to stop weighing my food and just roughly track for now. BUT I am…
  • hellz yeah :)
  • thanks :) ive made the mistake of planning my day the night before... bit too obsessive. today felt much better :)
  • Also, im going to try less tracking (i.e- logging my food AFTER ive eaten what my body Is CRAVING). I can definitely meet my fat and protein target this way and the rest will be intuitive. ive been dreaming about measuring my fruit and stressing about the size of apples/bananas and potatoes/exact measurements of peanut…
  • yeah the 'if it fits your macros' trend was causing me much anxiety. its impossible for me to eat over 300 grams of carbs a day and feels unnatural. Ladies, thank you for all of your support :) this little one sometimes needs some guidance haha. :)
  • hooray :) this proves a day to day focus is sometimes less effective than looking at the big picture :) well done babes! keep it up :)
  • I can almost never reach my carb goal and ALWAYS go over protein. I guess the who 'If it fits your macros' phenomenon has made people think 'I have to be number perfect with my food'. Ive realized that not every one is the same and some prefer carbs or fats or protein. im new to all this so im trying to find a way to not…
  • Thanks :) I think once a week will be wise :) i'm feeling energized and strong so that's what matters :) Also, ive been hesitant to go over my fat goal by im feeling like it will be easier to reach cals with fat. is this okay??
  • oh crumbs :( weigh in this morning and lost 100grams. i wish my lifting sessions would start building some muscle for me :(
  • good work :) do you feel like you're getting stronger too??
  • good luck with gorgeous glutes this week :) maybe your fidgeting just cause you have more energy now :) ? Not a bad thang at all!
  • that is true, I didn't realize it would make such a difference. My maintenance cals are 1872 and my average for last week was 1993. So I guess that's why I haven't gained much at all. Oh well, a new week :) thanks for your help freckles !
  • :) this is true!! Thanks love! Lost weight againnnn grrr... I know im hitting my goals though so ill see how I go. I expected 2200 cals to make me go way higher on the scale but I still have abs, losing weight and eating the worlds supply of carbs. Im no longer scared of carbs :) YAY!!
  • Sorry, sooo many posts from me but wanted to share :) Im feeling REALLY positive this week about tracking, food and exercise. last week (Friday and Saturday) were tough. but ive come to some conclusions: -Promise myself that even on yucky days I eat 1872cals for maintenance. -Don't even think about cutting until at least…
  • thanks :) ! today I did 45 mins of yoga and a thirty minute walk: herees my schedule for the week: Sunday: squats and calves Monday: yoga and walk Tuesday: squats and glute exercises Wednesday: light upper body (depending on how my injury feels) otherwise walk and yoga. Thursday: squats and hamstrings Friday: pullups and…
  • I started today :) easy weights to start but I know the weeks will get tougher :) already looking forward to Tuesday! any suggestions for what I can do tomorrow (as I cant train upper body) ?
  • RE Food: eating normally again today, mannn feel soooo much better :) yesterday was just a *kitten* day. :) thanks for all your support ladies :) needed a bit of a push back into gear :)
  • I think im going to work on my squat 3 x per week until I can train upper body again, then add in the other exercises in the Stronglifts program. Does this sound like a good idea??
  • Re Smolov: just looked it up and decided to start stronglifts instead to build my foundations :)
  • Hehe thanks :) yesterday sucked. had a headache all day and survived on just over 1200 calories even with a hiit session thrown in. Today will be a challenge to eat without feeling fat, but I wont get stronger without eating. and with my squat weight if I put it any higher I cant reach 90 degrees with my knees, So I feel…

  • So ive damaged the cartilage that connects to my rib (either through deadlifts or heavy crunch cable work) :(/ the doctor said stick to lower body for the next 3 weeks and this really put me off. my brain did a backflip and guilt got to me so ive planned a 1200 calorie day for today. I just got scared I think. :((
