Wouldn't it be good to balance out your omega's with some plant-based oils? Or are you not concerned because it's only for one month?

Ate over my deficit goal yesterday, though still under/around my estimated caloric expenditure, and within my carb macros ~ feels good to be able able to 'over eat' without going over what would add weight back on

Someone just suggested a kitchen safe on my timeline (thekitchensafe.com) , I'm super intrigued!

Feeling hungrier than usual today, even with eating a bit more than usual so far. A bit of that low-blood sugar feeling in the morning. Got a magnesium supplement today that I hope will help with sleep. Feeling good overall.

The sugar alcohols in Quest bars are a turn-off for me, not good for my digestion at all. I am amazed at how fast the cravings diminish when I don't have carbs (and how quickly they escalate when I do). For me, not taking money or a bank/credit card out with me when I know I'll be tempted to binge is very helpful, as is…

What about pumpkin seed protein powder, or pea? Or Vega protein smoothies?

I'm open to some more fabulous connections on here too, especially those with positive/funny/personable status updates ;) I weigh and measure. For me, daily weighing helps to keep me on track.
